Since 2015, I have had the oppor­tunity to work as a freelance project manager and consultant with companies of different types and sizes, from a small digital agency to a DAX company, in traditional as well as agile project organizations. In doing so, I have supported teams in building innovative websites, mobile apps and IoT applications with clients in Germany, UK, Portugal, Malta and Italy.

• Project management for inter­national client projects including team leader­ship and client communication. Responsibility for budget, quality, and timelines as well as management of risks, issues, and dependencies
• Project management for the development of a mobile white-label app for a financial product including associated backend systems. Steering the project team with 35+ team members as well as stake­holder manage­ment and management of the European licensees. Coordi­nation of regulatory, product-specific as well as process-related matters. Organization and moderation of regular workshops
• Coaching and support of a 25-member project team during the intro­duction of the Scrum method. Activity as Scrum Master, meanwhile mentoring of my successor as well as the Product Owner

Freelance Project Manager II/II

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between internal Scrum teams and client during a relaunch / refactoring of a product configu­ration website implemented according to the SAFe frame­work. Moderation of Team PI plannings and team represen­tative in PO Syncs, ART Syncs and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Project management for extremely time-critical develop­ment of a web-based industry network. Implemen­tation by a selective extension of the existing custom CRM. Intro­duction of organi­zational and technical processes
• Consulting of a cross-functional team and their stake­holders with regard to optimization of the existing work structures by identifying and analyzing problems and root causes. Evaluation of alternative pro­cesses and coordination of the implementation of the selected change processes
• Introduction and product ownership of a project and task management tool, taking into account different use cases. Operational support of the CRM system including require­ments engineering and change manage­ment, steering of external consultants and developers as well as creation of guide­lines for optimal use
• Key account management for a federal cloud infra­structure project in accordance with BSI basic protection standards

Senior Project Manager

Multi-project management for the development of 20+ B2C apps and mobile optimized websites for clients such as Zurich Airport, L’TUR, Schuh­tempel24, BP/Aral, ADAC, adidas, and Generali Deutschland. Full account­ability for costs, scope and time.

• Single point of contact for external clients including consulting on deliverables and management of clients’ expectations ensuring full customer satisfaction
